Customers that have purchased Pennant products with maintenance can access software downloads, license keys and submit support tickets via the customer care portal. Customers are advised that all support tickets must be initially raised via the customer care portal to enable tracking and fast resolution. Support staff will not be able to process support requests via email or phone until a support ticket is raised by the customer.
