Customers who have purchased Pennant products with maintenance can access software downloads,
license keys, and submit support tickets via our customer support portals.
Pennant Customer Care Portal (Current): Use for existing access and ongoing support requests.
One Pennant Support (Beta): Our new support experience. Customers are encouraged to begin using
this portal where available.
All support tickets must be raised via one of the portals to enable tracking and fast resolution.
Support requests submitted via email or phone will not be processed until a ticket has been raised.
